Abdullah Al-Zahrani Breaks Through to Al Rayyan in Qatar Qatar Stars

In a thrilling match, Abdullah Al-Zahrani scored the only goal as Al Rayyan defeated Qatar Stars League side Al Sadd at the Khalifa International Stadium on Sunday.

The match was filled with high-intensity play and some close calls, but it was Al Zahrani who broke through to score the decisive goal in the 74th minute.

The 26-year-old midfielder had been outstanding all game, creating chances for his teammates and dominating the midfield.

Al Sadd were reduced to ten men just before half-time after defender Omar Al-Kaabi was sent off for a second bookable offence.

However, they managed to equalize shortly afterwards when winger Abdulrahman Al-Hajri headed home from a corner kick.

Despite being down to ten men, Al Sadd pressed hard for an equalizer, but Al Zahrani's strike proved to be the winner.

It was a well-deserved win for Al Rayyan, who have now won their last three matches in the league.

The result means that Al Rayyan remain in third place in the table, two points behind leaders Al Ahli and one point above runners-up Al Sadd.

With the season still young, there is plenty more to come in the league, so Al Rayyan will be looking to build on this victory and continue their strong run of form.
